Compensation: Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (negotiable) base Performance-based bonuses Job Qualifications: More than 15 years of experience in sales of Industrial Automation Equipment, preferably in the Medical Device industry Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Responsibilities: As an Account Manager (Sales), you will be responsible for the following: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in leading companies within In-Vitro Diagnostics, COP/ COC Syringe Manufacturing, Rapid Test Kit Manufacturing, and CDMO’s or CMO’s. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to conversion and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including client Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs), Field or Operations resources, and Functional leaders based in Germany. Support the development of Sales and Marketing strategies to meet established targets. Act as the voice of the customer, translating their expectations into Technical Requirements/Specifications. Present solutions transparently, considering the pros and cons, to offer the best possible solution for the customer. Assess ROI, prospects’ financials, and manage efforts in quote creation based on each opportunity. Provide market input to the Applications/Project Design team in Germany. Negotiate contracts with input from Management, Applications (Project Design), and other departments. Prepare technical proposals and offer expertise/guidance to clients. Influence stakeholders, clients, and vendors to close deals. Develop recommendations and implement solutions. Additional Duties: Comfortable working with tools of the trade (Salesforce, MS Office, etc.). Willingness to travel worldwide. Familiarity with Miller Heiman process is an advantage.
