Rotational Program – Audit, Risk, Compliance
Rotational Program Analysts will be tasked with utilizing academic knowledge, skills and experience to apply tactics and strategies to solve real business challenges for a mission driven financial services organization. The Early Talent Rotational Program offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments, professional development, and the ability to experience many facets of our Audit, Risk & Compliance organizations. The environment is challenging, hands on, and full of growth opportunities. Candidates can expect to work with financial services platforms and tools and will learn the techniques, disciplines and processes that deliver the highest quality results to our customers. Rotational assignments are employed during the 24-month program to build cross-functional proficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Up to three professional rotational experiences across the Audit, Risk & Compliance.
• Unique networking opportunities and access to Audit, Risk & Compliance Senior Leadership as well as TIAA Senior Leadership.
• Ongoing personal and professional development opportunities.
• Financial services and behavioral based training opportunities.
• Contributing to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision.
• Developing product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.
• Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals.
• Performing research and providing answers for customer generated inquiries.
• Work with financial services platforms and tools and will learn the techniques, disciplines and processes that deliver the highest quality results to our customers.

Base Pay Range: $31.00/hr. – $32.69/hr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
