Job Description: seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager for our properties in Daly City, CA. As the Assistant Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our residential communities, ensuring an exceptional living experience for our residents while supporting the overall goals and objectives of the property management group.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster positive relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service and personalized attention to their needs.
• Coordinate and assist with resident events and activities to promote community engagement and camaraderie.
• Assist in the leasing process, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract prospective residents, such as creating and posting rental listings, managing online advertisements, and organizing open houses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to effectively showcase available units and amenities.
• Support the Community Manager in daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate resident records.
• Assist with the preparation of leasing reports, financial statements, and other relevant documents as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring prompt resolution and quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs, safety concerns, and overall property condition.
• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in property management operations.
• Collaborate with the property management team, maintenance staff, and external vendors to deliver superior service to residents and maintain property standards.
• Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives.
• Support a positive and inclusive work environment by actively contributing to team cohesion and morale.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or customer service roles preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
