May apply functional expertise to design, implement and manage projects and systems.• Participates in project team activities for assigned projects; applications including research, planning, analysis, risk assessment, quality assurance, documentation, communication, and deployment.• Evaluates implications for existing department and organization environment. Identifies opportunities for departmental process improvement. Identifies, tracks, and resolves issues.• Provides support as projects and applications move through the process.• Develops, executes, and provides feedback for intermediate queries and reports.• Provides testing support as required.• Serves as a consultant to other departments and ensures customer expectations are being met.• Provides assistance on more complex projects.• Develops an understanding of current project management and application development methodologies, tools, and techniques.• Works with outside vendors as needed.• May provide guidance to less experienced analysts.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a business related field. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
