The PositionWe advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love.The Clinical Pharmacology (CP) Scientist 3 is responsible for the delivery of PK/PD analyses and reports for their assigned development project[s] in order to ensure that appropriate dose/route/schedule decisions are made for patients. S/he typically works under the supervision of a CP Scientist in order to deliver the PK/PD elements of the CP strategy in a timely manner, working closely with colleagues in data management, programming, and biostatistics to facilitate the preparation and transfer of datasets for analyses.The Opportunity:As an integral member of this dynamic team, you will be:· Providing Strong hands-on programming, statistical and advanced quantitative clinical pharmacology skills (e.g., AI/ML, popPK, dose/exposure-response & PK-PD analyses) coupled with drug development experiences· Responsible for planning, collaborating with the cross-functional SMEs, performing, and refining data visualization, generating exposure-response and PK/PD analyses and other complex analyses (e.g., pan-TDBs CRS forward and reverse translations, clinical utility index, inform sample size/study design etc) to gain insights and inform decision (e.g., dose/route/schedule)· Contributing to decision making at the internal governances (i.e. PKRF, DRC etc), regulatory documents (e.g., IB, EOPII briefing package, IND and NDA/BLA), and scientific manuscripts and posters for publicationWho you are:· BS/MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related quantitative discipline, with a minimum of 6 yearsNOTE: All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
