Unit Highlights
The Operating Room ADON is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the OR, ensuring patient safety, efficient workflow, and adherence to clinical protocols. This role includes supervising and supporting OR staff, managing scheduling, coordinating patient care, resolving any issues that arise during surgical procedures, and acting as the main point of contact for surgeons and other departments. The ADON also ensures compliance with hospital policies and works to improve OR efficiency and staff performance.

Qualifications
• BSN from an accredited School of Nursing required. MSN preferred
• Minimum three years of progressive nursing care experience required. Leadership and management experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required. Specialty certification from a nationally recognized nursing organization in either a clinical specialty or Nursing Administration preferred.
This position has a hiring range of $100,588.00 – $180,419.00
