Director, IGTD Operations Strategy
As the Operations Strategic Planning Lead, you play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Image Guided Therapy- Devices (IGTD) strategic direction, optimizing operational decisions, and contributing to the organization’s overall success. This role requires strong cross-functional business acumen, including technical, marketing, manufacturing, finance, quality, clinical, and regulatory-based knowledge.
Your role:
• Drive continuous development and improvement of IGTD strategy based on internal and external insights/benchmarking, defining strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and partnering with Business Units (BUs) on strategic topics.
• Drive Operations strategy based on customer requirements and ensure that IGTD’s requirements are accommodated in facilities that manufacture IGTD products. Develop strategies around differentiated supply chain and manufacturing solutions while incorporating cloud computing, process mining, AI, etc.
• Create business cases and submission of investor requests for Industrial initiatives and work with operations Finance to report and validate Operations performance.
• Own long-range planning, leading project and program implementation efforts aligned with corporate Strategy and program management roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for global capacity planning, business case development, and strategic discussions.
• Evaluate competitive and geopolitical landscape to ensure Philips maintains a competitive advantage in the marketplace across the supply chain. Drive evaluation of emerging opportunities and risks, and support evaluation of projects and change requests; leading project teams through the preparation, presentation and archival of business stage gate reviews, and other deliverables to support project objectives.
• Requires the ability to travel up to 30%.
You’re the right fit if:
• You’ve acquired 10+ years of relevant experience with a focus on strategy development, with 7+ years leading cross-functional teams within the medical device industry (Class II or III medical device preferred).
• Your skills include:
• Experience driving strategies around operations, differentiated supply chain, and/or manufacturing solutions.
• Experience evaluating competitor and geopolitical landscape, evaluating emerging opportunities and risk.
• Demonstrated impact in prior roles, especially in complex stakeholder environments.
• Significant leadership, facilitation, and change management experience.
• Domain experience in imaging devices, disposable intravascular catheters, or cardiac devices including disposables, software, hardware, systems, or a combination thereof, preferred.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, advanced degree is preferred (MS, PhD, MBA, etc.)

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $143,500 to $246,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to a listed Philips hub location- Plymouth, MN, Colorado Springs, CO, or San Diego, CA.
