As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be essential to furthering our mission by attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless and strategic hiring process, and fostering strong partnerships with both candidates and hiring managers. Your efforts will help build high-performing teams, enhance company culture, and contribute to the overall success of our organization
This role’s key areas of focus are:

This role will:
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
• Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
• Create and maintain structured interview questions for various roles to ensure consistency in the interview process.
• Adapt and refine the interview process as needed based on feedback, changing hiring needs, or evolving best practices.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure all pre-employment screenings are completed.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for key roles within the company.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
This role might be a good fit for you if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing (preferred).
Salary Range
$60,000—$90,000 USD
