We’re looking for a Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer to join our growing team!
What you’ll do
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and cybersecurity best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and configuring development servers, databases, and cloud environments to ensure seamless deployment and operation of applications. You will collaborate with developers, security teams, and stakeholders to build robust and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Azure Infrastructure Management
• Create and configure Azure developer servers.
• Set up and manage Redis and PostgreSQL databases.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security in cloud-based environments.
• Docker
• Use Docker to containerize applications for consistent development and deployment.
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Design, implement, and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate the deployment and monitoring of applications to ensure efficient delivery.
• Application Deployment
• Deploy applications to Azure infrastructure.
• Handle rollbacks, updates, and monitoring of production environments.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Configure IAM roles and policies, ensuring secure access to resources.
• Set up and manage email notifications and OTP (One-Time Password) verification systems.
• Domain and Network Configuration
• Configure domains, DNS, and SSL certificates.
• Design and implement infrastructure security measures, including Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Cybersecurity Best Practices
• Implement security preventives to safeguard applications and data.
• Monitor system vulnerabilities and apply patches or updates when necessary.
What we’re looking for
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as computer science, software engineering, or information technology
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Docker for containerization.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis database configuration.
• In-depth understanding of IAM roles/policies, email notifications, and OTP verification.
• Strong skills in domain management, DNS configuration, and SSL.
• Knowledge of infrastructure design and cybersecurity preventives (such as ACLs and firewalls).
• Familiarity with setting up security protocols and monitoring tools to protect cloud environments.Have strong communication and collaboration skills, and be a problem-solver. You should also be proficient in Git and GitHub workflows, and have a working knowledge of databases and SQL.
