Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager, HRIS to work for our Central Ohio Client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
• Manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, including system implementation, upgrades, and integrations
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and within scope
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements and objectives
• Coordinate with IT teams, HR departments, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of HRIS projects
• Oversee risk management processes to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or updates
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on HRIS
• Proven experience in managing HRIS system implementations and integrations
• Experience working with Kronos, Workday, UKG, and ADP
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Experience with budget management, risk management, and vendor management
