Hub Wealth Strategies – Team Based Aspiring Financial Advisor Position
Job Summary: HUB Wealth Strategies (www.HUBwealthstrategies.com) is seeking a full-time aspiring financial advisor to join our expanding team. We are looking for someone to work closely with our team of successful financial advisors and their clients. This is an exciting role, perfect for an aspiring financial professional who wants to learn in a fast-paced environment and grow their own skills. Ultimately, this role can transition into a full-service financial advisor, on our team. Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
• Work under the mentorship of a current Financial Advisor to learn the in’s and out’s of the position and industry
• Managing requisite follow up, commitments, and actions involved in our client collaboration and engagements. This can include:
• Building financial models using our various software platforms
• Note compilation and data organization
• Communicating and collaborating with our professional and referral partners
• Working with our operations team through concierge client service and onboarding
• Business building and networking through various events, social media and other channels
• Marketing support with our partners
• Continuing to develop your education through peer consultations and relevant continued education course work
Financial Advisor Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience working in a professional, fast-paced environment is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to be in our Needham, MA office on a hybrid basis as requested.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
• Either currently investment/insurance licensed and registered or ability to be registered within 6 mo of starting.
What’s Next For You: Typically, after 2+ years in this role, you will be launching into a lead advisor role. With this transition, you will have our team supporting your direct efforts in continuing to build and cultivate your own business, along with working with some of our clients that you’ve developed relationships with.
Compensation Structure: Compensation is both fixed and variable, with expected compensation over 12 months expected to be in the $70K-$80K+ range and grow from there based on your efforts, efficiency, and expertise.
