What you’ll do:
• Work closely with top technology companies to understand their hiring challenges, company culture, and exciting projects.
• Craft thoughtful pitches and deliver them to some of the smartest engineering, product management, and leadership candidates in the industry.
• Manage strategy and negotiations for complex job offers and compensation plans.
• Consult with clients and candidates on best practices, trends, and market data.

What it takes:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience with an emphasis on software, data, infrastructure, and mobile engineering roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a search firm or agency recruiting environment.
• Experience building and managing client relationships.
• A track record of success and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• A willingness and passion for learning
