The Sales & Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible to proactively manage existing B2B clients. KAM acts as the first point of contact at Greentube for designated clients as well as representing Greentube’s interests within the industry. The Sales & Key Account Manager is also responsible for qualifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the company.
This position is currently remote. Candidate must be willing to travel to Las Vegas and the Northeast Region of the US to meet with clients.
YOUR TASKS
Sales Management
• Qualifying business opportunities
• Negotiating contractual terms
• Supervision of Due Diligence Process
• Coordination with Legal / Compliance Team in the assembling of operator contracts
• Coordination with Accounting in the assembling of operator contracts
Customer Relationship Management
• Planning and execution of regular client meetings at exhibitions and events
• Planning and execution of regular client meetings at Greentube Headquarters and at clients offices
• Take ownership of all relevant customer situations on behalf of Greentube
• Manage critical, high-impact problems for customers to ensure timely resolution as well as mitigate impacts to customer satisfaction and experience / tackle partners’ complaints and queries solving them effectively and efficiently.
• Drive regular engagement with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to surface key insights, and influence sales strategies and partner readiness plans
• Initiate and develop long-term relationships at customer accounts
• Perpetual use of CRM tool – for managing all client-related tasks (documentation, planning) / Compiling and maintaining CRM Tools and overall records.
• Supporting GT casino partners through the management, placement and marketing of their GT game portfolio, in order to achieve and surpass profit targets on a monthly basis.
• Managing and nurturing strategically targeted business relationship with existent partners within the GT operators’ portfolio with the objective of maximizing synergetic profit.
Customer Business Development
• Influence change through the use of personal experience, strong relationships and data gathered to proactively develop the business. Overall representing and adding value to Greentube and to both existing and potential accounts whilst increasing margins for all the parties and eventually securing business
• Monitoring and evaluation of performance objectives in accordance to sales objectives
• Planning and execution of product presentations and product workshops
• Cooperating with GT Content and Portfolio Management in the creation of a “localized” game portfolio defined ad hoc per market and per operator.
• Engage with new prospects and existing clients to drive sales / Identifying new markets and sale opportunities / Building and developing new strategic business relationships through sales, supply chain and product management with the main online casino operators.
Project Management
• Coordination between all relevant stakeholders within the B2B lifecycle (TAM, Integration team, IT, Content, Marketing, PR, Legal, Support) / Coordinating and managing platform integrations, understanding the operators/ integrators needs and supporting the process, suggesting suitable solutions for each requirement throughout the projects themselves / Cooperating with GT Legal/ Compliance Team in the assembling of operator contracts.
• Development of content release plans
• Monitoring of ongoing business and provision of regular reporting to line manager
• Supporting Team organization and overall supervision of information sharing and documentation assembling.
• In addition to the above duties, this position will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Sales, Economics or related.
• Recent graduate (1-2 years since graduation date).
• Strong written verbal communication skills (English, any additional language is a plus)
• Willing to travel when needed
• Demonstrable sales and / or CRM experience with B2B focus
• Independent and customer-orientated work style
• Problem solver
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Interest in technical solutions
• Comfortable with delivering at pace and working in a commercial environment
