Description
Overview of the Organization and Process
DB&A consists of 3 distinct teams. There is a Sales Team, an Analysis Team and an Operations Team. In a very simplified view, the Sales team is responsible for meeting potential clients and getting them to understand the value of our services. Once a client sees DB&A as a potential partner, the Analysis Team is brought in to serve as an extended Sales team to set up projects for the Operations Team. The objective of the Analysis Team is to demonstrate the ability to transform management cultures and to successfully deliver on commitments with guaranteed results. If a client is satisfied with the transformation proposal presented by the Analysis Team, the Operations Team will then begin to execute the transformation process over the course of a 6-month project engagement.
Analysis Team Overview
The core Analysis Team for each engagement is comprised of the Director of Analysis (DOA) and the Analysis Manager (AM). The extended Analysis team also includes a Chief of Operations, a Project Manager and Management Consultants of varying levels. The role of the AM is to help lead in the successful execution of the Analysis process through effective leadership, training and communication with the Associates and clients, to plan, coordinate, evaluate and compile complex data that results in an effective analysis.
