We are seeking compassionate and tech-savvy healthcare customer service representatives to join our team! This role includes conducting check-in calls via Zoom, responding to tickets from the queue, and cross-training in the Member Success team when needed. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of healthcare/insurance verification/customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Qualifications
• 1+ years of customer service experience via phone and email (healthcare or insurance verification experience required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly empathetic with a passion for helping others.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate various systems confidently and effectively.
• Must be bilingual in Dutch, French, or German.
