Our promise is know me, care for me and ease my way. And that is something that I have personally experienced while working here at Providence. I’ve been here 11 years, and in my 11 years I’ve grown from being just a caregiver to a supervisor, to a manager. And through that whole time, Providence has been a support whether in training or whatever I may need. And that’s something as a manager now, I am so thankful I’m able to share with my team. I’m helped them succeed in their role and to do the best they can, and I support ’em in those times of struggles. We’re unique because we care.

Description
The Associate IS Technician will handle all of the Associate Technical Agent duties and more. The Associate Service Desk Technician is the initial point of contact responsible for accurately gathering details of reported incidents or requests from various intake methods. Maintains established department policies and procedures while improving organization performance and stability.

Required Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, General Studies Or equivalent educ/experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• within 2 years of hire ITIL Foundations
• within 2 years of hire HDI Customer Service Representative
• 2 years Call center experience, customer service, IT.
