Position Details:
Position: Automation Test Lead
Location: Jersey City, NJ and Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)
Must Haves:
• Proven experience as a Test Automation Lead or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with the Tosca testing tool.
• Strong background in database testing, specifically with SAS, Teradata, Oracle, and Hadoop.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of developers.
• Excellent understanding of ETL and QA processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Day to Day:
• Lead and manage a team of developers focused on automated testing.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated test cases using the Tosca testing tool.
• Ensure robust testing of databases including SAS, Teradata, Oracle, and Hadoop.
• Implement and manage ETL/QA processes.
• Establish and maintain test case design and execution standards.
• Monitor and report on test execution, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancements.
• Utilize multiple test scenarios and override default settings to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
