Position SummaryResponsible for the day-to-day operations of major applications systems used by CountryMark. Includes the supervision of developers and will require some hands-on work.Primary Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited To The Following)• Collaborate with developers, cyber security, infrastructure & operations staff to ensure that all CountryMark Enterprise application systems are operating as expected.• Ensure proper procedures for patching, code migration and change control are followed.• Hold team accountable to ensure timely acknowledgement and resolution of help desk tickets.• Proactively manage the environment working with infrastructure and operations staff to anticipate potential problems.• Plan the work of developers, ensuring that work is adequately scoped, estimated and that schedules are met.• Plan, budget, and oversee the work of multiple 3rd party service providers that provide development and other professional services.• Working with the IT Director, and peers within the IT team, ensure that resources are properly? allocated and that individual workloads are balanced.• Help prioritize projects based on direction from the IT Director and the Steering Teams.• Oversee planning and execution of upgrades to environments as needed.• Provide alternative solutions and/or workarounds when a requested solution is not feasible.• Prioritize employee development to ensure they can take on additional responsibility and learn new skills.• Research and network with peers on industry best practices to establish within CountryMark’s team.• Oversee system administrative functions such as user provision, code migrations, license management, segregation of duties management and user/role designs.• Lead the Data and Analytics Governance team, maintain and evolve the Data and Analytics strategy to align with CountryMark and Information Technology strategy.• Ensure that the Data and Analytics Architecture is positioned to meet strategic objectives.• Lead the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions.• Manage projects as needed within the Applications area. This will include emerging technologies.• Perform Business Analysis functions as needed.Job Qualifications (refers To Job, Not Incumbent)Education: Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. 5-7 years’ experience can be substituted for education.Experience: Minimum: 10 years’ experience in an enterprise applications environment managing and developing employees with responsibility for maintaining and managing major enterprise systems such as Microsoft D365, SAP or Oracle EBS.Other• Leadership experience that includes managing direct reports• Experience developing individuals and teams• Experience in a process or manufacturing industry.• Ability to pull together a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform.• Ability to identify and weigh alternatives in problem solving and implement optional solutions.• Ability to apply project management skills and provide leadership in a team environment.• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.• Good judgment and decision-making skills.• Ability to accommodate flexible working hours and travel requirements (10-15%).• Experience upgrading and deploying enterprise applications in a SaaS environment.• Experience managing applications in a Microsoft Azure environment.• Experience managing a PowerBI environment and the associated architecture.
