Collaborate with the audit team to deliver client projects on time and meet productivity standards. Access medical records from clients’ EMR syste
• ms.Analyze medical records for content and documentation requiremen
• ts.Assign diagnostic codes and abstract patient information per ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 guidelin
• es.Record audit results using the audit reporting tool and prepare reports for QA and client submission. Develop audit result reports and corrective action pla

Minimum of 3 years of CPT and ICD-10 medical coding and auditing experience, including abstracting information from patient
charts.
License/Certif
• ications:
Coding Credentials: AHIMA – Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (CCS-P) or AAPC – CPC required. CPMA Certification
• required.AACP – CPC-I Certified Professional Coding Instructor -or- AACP – CPC-I Certified Professional Coding Instructor -or- CHCA Certification from AHCAE (Association of Health Care Auditors and Educators), preferred but not
required.
