Description
We are providing a pivotal role for a Help Desk Analyst I in AUBURN HILLS, Michigan, 48326-1808, United States. The role is within the telecom industry, offering the chance to work with a dynamic team. This position requires a candidate skilled in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, and Active Directory.
Responsibilities
• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and applications problems
• Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases
• Courteously obtain and convey concise problem information for external and internal service personnel
• Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database
• Escalate problems as appropriate following help desk procedures
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal support staff to assure accurate problem interpretation
• Maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process
• Leverage skills in computer hardware, configuration management, and deskside support to aid in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess knowledge of Database management.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary.
• Experience with Lotus Notes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Knowledge of Active Directory is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot Computer Hardware issues is necessary.
• Experience in Configuration Management is preferred.
• Deskside Support skills are a must.
• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware is necessary.
