About The Team
We are a global Talent Acquisition team that has presence in the US, London and Singapore supporting international businesses including TikTok Product and Design, TikTok Live and TikTok Local Services. The business is roadmapped in more than 30 countries and is rapidly growing. We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. You will design tailored recruiting strategies to build a multidisciplinary, data-focused technical team from scratch, and closely collaborate with the business to implement various projects in order to reach recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, excited to take on new challenges and cross region support and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
– Deeply understand business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs.
– Drive full-cycle technical recruitment for product and design roles.
– Develop and implement efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
– Partner closely with regional and global hiring managers in mainland China, to develop sourcing and hiring strategies using a data-driven approach.
– Identify, attract, and negotiate complex compensation packages closing all level candidates, continuously deliver high-quality candidates, and fulfilling hiring goals.
– Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok’s culture in a meaningful way.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent years of working experience.
– Minimum of 4 years experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter and a minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting for Product Design and Product Management roles.
– Experience building rapport, communicating effectively, and working cross functionally to successfully deliver complex projects with employees of all levels of the organization.
– Experience partnering with international colleagues and managing stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.

– A results-oriented self-starter who is data-driven, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 – $174400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
