Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Physician Recruiter to join their team. This role will be directly responsible for both sourcing and full cycle recruiting as well as managing special projects. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $95,000 per year.
Job Description
• Act as a business partner and recruitment subject matter expert while applying best practices for full cycle recruitment and strategic talent acquisition
• Plans, develops and implements strategic Professional Licensed level recruitment and employment
• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process; including recruitment/sourcing, interview, selection, contracting (when applicable) and onboarding of new hires
• Pre-qualify candidates by conducting first level interviews specific to the department requirements
Requirements
• Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven ability and experience in relationship building with management and candidates
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in planning and organizing job fairs, networking events and mixers
• Must be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare related field and a minimum of 2 years’ full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience
