I’ve been here for 11 years next month, and I love working with the patients that come in here, family members, I’ve got them to know by name when they come in and check them in, get them up there, make them happy, make them feel like they’re at home. They’re coming in here, and even after they’ve discharged, we’ve got family members that come in here and check up on us, see how we’re doing.

Providence is calling a Finance Manager, Productivity and Benchmarking who will:
• Support local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned
• Be responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
• Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders
• Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required

Required qualifications for this position include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or another Finance or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of finance experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
• Certified Public Accountant, HMFA or FACHE Certifications

• Montana: Except Great Falls: :$38.10, Max: $61.34
• Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min:$44.12, Max: $71.03
• Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19
• Texas – Lubbock, Levelland, Plainview: Min:$36.10, Max: $58.11
• Washington: Eastern: Min:$42.12, Max: $67.80
