Description
We are in search of a Program Coordinator located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry, where you will be responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and managing various tasks and processes. The work will be conducted remotely, and your key responsibilities will include interacting with various stakeholders and managing complex Oracle databases.
Responsibilities
• Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets in various Oracle databases
• Implementing new systems and processes swiftly
• Coordinating time-sensitive tasks and organizing information effectively
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance through auditing processes and tools
• Consolidating information to generate relevant reports and tracking pipeline status changes
• Managing bulk upload requests and website traffic data, reporting on results and trends over time
• Maintaining constant and timely communication with program lead and stakeholders
• Populating systems to meet deadlines by obtaining responses
• Regularly providing updates to the program lead
• Educating and training individuals within the company on standard model processes and tools
• Collaborating with Sales Managers, Sales Operations contacts, Communications Managers, and Customer Engagement Managers to secure specific customer approvals
• Working with peers and leadership to gather and record inputs and help improve processes, SLAs, and tools
• Advocating for necessary resources to accomplish objectives.
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in communication and sales operations
• Demonstrated ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all tasks
• Experience in audit processes and stakeholder management
• Ability to meet service level agreements and manage complex datasets
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration
• Proficiency in Oracle DB and web traffic analysis
• Experience in data validation and managing status changes
• Ability to interpret language in a multicultural context
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems
• Proficient in the use of ‘About Time’ software for time tracking
• Experience in handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
