The Employee Productivity Manager will provide the organizational vision and execution for Artificial Intelligence adoption in our employee experiences. You will lead from the front as a hands-on subject matter expert, working with you team and the broader organization in architecting and crafting scalable solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that solve real-world problems, driving data excellence and reducing cognitive load with the goal of providing a positive employee experience.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute Search, Knowledge and ServiceNow AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic goals and market demands.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and employee needs, translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and policies.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in AI implementation.
• Collaborate and define technical requirements and ensure the successful implementation of AI models and algorithms.
• Create intuitive and user-friendly AI product interfaces.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, and delivery.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to continuously enhance the AI product offering.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and industry best practices, incorporating them into the product strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee model training and optimization
• Implement AI technologies to improve employee productivity and leverage metrics to support predictions, recommendations, search, and growth strategies
• Recognize risks / blockers and work energetically to engage with the right partners to identify solutions or workarounds
• Communicate proactively across teams to assemble requirements and maintain alignment among stakeholders
• Provide regular status reports to promote clarity and visibility at various levels within the organization, including among senior leaders
What You Need to Succeed
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for AI and its potential to transform industries and drive business growth.
• High level of experience in AI/ML fundamentals
• Experience with ServiceNow, Search and Knowledge Management technologies is an asset
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their trends, including various libraries and tools
• Experience defining and leading large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience within a leadership role where you have proven success with building and maintaining teams
• An eagerness and tenacity to influence others to achieve goals and perform at a high level
• Confidence to tackle the unknown, challenge assertions, mediate disputes, hold stakeholders accountable, and manage leadership / customer expectations proactively
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,200 — $266,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
