About the team
TikTok’s Content Partnerships team is responsible for accelerating the growth of our top 100 global media partners by developing strong, executive level relationships, landing core platform narratives, securing incremental growth (primarily content but in alignment with Product, Marketing, Ad Sales teams) and providing best-in-class portfolio management to media partners.
The Entertainment Partnerships Manager will manage both day-to-day and high-level relationships with top North America based studios and rightsholders to deliver clear and attributable value back to partners. This role is responsible for building and executing strategies to deliver high level partnerships to generate content growth and quality, product and new format adoption, and monetization. This role will work closely with Business Development to directly negotiate content partnerships with global media partners. This is a global role that requires excellent analytical, communication, and relationship building skills, proven industry experience and the capability to work across countries, continents and cultures.
Responsibilities:
– Manage partners’ content portfolio by working closely with Product, Creator, Ad Sales, Business Development teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute publisher strategy based on company priorities
– Develop and execute central content strategy and relationship management for corresponding partner stakeholders
– Channel partners’ business needs and priorities into opportunities to further long-term partner relationships and unlock strategic incremental growth opportunities
– Execute strategic initiatives that drive business goals and scaled content impact for TikTok and the partner by working with Program teams and relevant cross-functional stakeholders
– Build and nurture high-level key partner relationships
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
– Our ideal candidate has experience across entertainment industry partnerships, business development, and content strategy
– Strong leadership presence to work with industry executives, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to steer complex projects with exemplary organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Deep understanding and insights of the key metrics and measurements in Content Operations with acute analytical, reporting, and data storytelling abilities
– Understanding key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick-off projects to serve core business priorities
– Creative approach to partnership structures (in working with Business Development) that fully appreciates the unique value TikTok creates for our entertainment partners and ability to sell this narrative and value prop
– Ability to navigate ambiguity with a problem-solver’s mindset to drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment
– Bachelor degree required
Preferred Qualifications
– Understanding of local business dynamics with intellectual curiosity to dive deeper into key issues versus accepting a cursory understanding of the marketplace
– Experience with product preferred
– MS/MA/MBA and/or content platform experience considered a plus

Job Information:
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 – $192533 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
