People Systems Administrator
Why We Have This Role
The People Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining the usability, stability, and security of Qualtrics’s corporate HRIS platform and other people related systems. System Admins govern system utilization, provide technical support to end-users, and implement system changes or upgrades in order to drive efficiency & effectiveness of the systems.

Things You’ll Do
• Development & configuration of new & revised products, processes & business within the Onboarding platform
• Facilitating internal & stakeholder testing to ensure quality releases
• Prioritize and resolve reported systems issues
• Maintain change tracking documentation & process documentation
• Provide stakeholder training and enablement for Onboarding and Offboarding processes
• Point of contact for engaging with SuccessFactors support
• Collaborate with the Recruiting and Onboarding teams regarding strategy, programs & processes
• Willingness to lean in for cross-functional SuccessFactors support (EC, Time Off, Integrations)
• Manage role-based permissions & security
• Expand system reporting and analytics capabilities
• Manage quarterly release updates & enablement plan
What We’re Looking For on Your Resume
• Enjoy learning & growing amidst ever-changing technology
• Skilled in troubleshooting within technical systems
• SuccessFactors certification in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central preferred – Either certified or willing to train/test for certification
• Bachelor’s Degree
• HR/Enablement background (preferred)
• 1 year of relevant systems administration/help-desk work experience (preferred)
• Nice-to-have system experiences include: Greenhouse, Phenom and SuccessFactors Integration Center
