Job Title: General Business – Learning Solutions Architect II
Location: Remote, but local to Birmingham, Charlotte, Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas, Houston, Orlando.
Duration: 1 year
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field with 7+ years of progressive experience in a Learning & Development organization
Experience with instructional design and learning curation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, and awareness of agile
Ability to collaborate with both technical and business staff
Ability to conduct learning needs analysis
Preferences
Experience with LMS such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Plateau, etc.
Experience in instructional design and learning curation
Responsibilities:
The job really is a Learning and Development Consultant that focuses on meeting with our business leaders and SMEs for consulting to determine training gaps. There are no instructional design task/activities in this work. This person should be comfortable consulting 90% of the time on potential training needs at all levels in the organization including executive. They document all their work in a strategy document that is handed over to our Execution team to create/curate content.
