Join a leading F500 beverage manufacturer/distributor as a pivotal Human Resources Business Partner based in either Ottumwa or Des Moines, IA! In this role you’ll lead HR initiatives, partner with plant leadership, and support ER and LR matters in a busy, unionized setting.
This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence and hands-on HR management with a respected industry leader. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams and make a significant impact on our organizational culture and growth. 4 days onsite; based in Ottumwa or in Des Moines with 50% travel to Ottumwa.

Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance to managers on optimizing team performance within a unionized environment.
• Lead HR projects, contributing to policy development and enhancing employee programs.
• Consult on leadership development and employee relations to cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of organizational policies across the site.
• Spearhead talent initiatives and support employee growth and development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in large, matrixed organizations with a Shared Services HR structure.
• Experience in unionized manufacturing or distribution settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
