Your role in our mission
• Ingest and organize healthcare data from a variety of data sources for use in BI deployments of dashboards, ad hoc analysis, and reporting
• Design, develop and deploy data pipelines in Databricks including ETL-processes using Apache Spark Framework, Python
• Monitor, manage, validate, and test data extraction, movement, transformation, loading, normalization, and cleansing processes
• Evaluate and drive data processing efficiency for large-scale deployments
• Perform complicated analyses to extract learnings and drive insights to improve BI reporting
• Understand, articulate, and convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor junior level developers
• Work with key business leaders to ensure alignment of business and technology
What we’re looking for
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise BI reporting solutions; healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Expert understanding of warehousing architectures, ETL design, staging, transformations, and data modeling techniques like star-schemas and cubes.
• Proven success in delivering BI reporting solutions using diverse data sources and significant knowledge of multiple database technologies (e.g., Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud-managed services for data warehousing/analytics in AWS
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, code promotion, version control, QA procedures, and creating technical documentation; experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 – $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
