Title: Litigation Associate
Litigation Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate to join our team. As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of commercial litigation, including legal research, document review, drafting pleadings and briefs, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial litigation and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various commercial litigation matters
• Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Conduct document review and manage discovery process
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and documents
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Pennsylvania state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
