Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced Director of Operations. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Salary $110-130k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of operations managers, supervisors, and frontline staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high performance and employee engagement
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to align operational activities with business goals and objectives
-Oversee and manage all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, financial management, and customer service
-Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of regional managers and staff to ensure high performance and professional development
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
-Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
-Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
