We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to lead our team and contribute to the exceptional service we provide our patients.
The Office Manager will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our practice, embracing the principles of The Synergy Way.
This position requires a balance of leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills to ensure our team is supported and our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key
Responsibilities:
– Lead and inspire our team in accordance with The Synergy Way principles.
– Manage front desk operations, including patient greeting, appointment scheduling, and call handling.
– Conduct financial consultations with patients, explaining payment options and care plans.
– Performance of insurance billing processes and ensure accurate handling of billing-related queries.
– Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
– Drive team performance, setting goals aligned with practice collections and patient satisfaction.
– Participate and help lead team training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills and

– Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
– Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and patient care.

– Proficient in insurance billing and financial consultation.

Health insurance is not provided, however you will have access to our Chiropractic and Synergy Services onsite
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office – Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events – Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner – Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory – Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing – Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copies – Assist with training development for new employees – Provide administrative support to staff as needed – Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures We offer competitive compensation, a supportive work environment with a dedicated team, and opportunities for professional growth.
