ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our business. The outside sales representative’s job entails selling and/or introducing the company to both new and established clients. Quoting customers and taking orders from customers. Duties involve entering, tracking and following up on orders. Most important is building relationships with current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities
• Understand the objectives and goals of Beshert Steel Processing
• Service and build upon existing customer relationship.
• Identify and develop new accounts
• Attending sales group meetings.
• Introduce innovative products, services and applications to the market.
• Negotiate pricing and pursue orders.
• Establish credit terms and expectations
• Develop a greater knowledge of materials for use in sales applications and in claim situations.
• Report findings in a clear concise manner
• Ability to work closely with others to build internal relationships.
• Capture/Communicate accurate and complete information in customer relationship management.
• Represent Beshert Steel Processing and Partners capabilities.
• Collaborate with Insides Sales on customer accounts
• Handle customer complaints/claims
• Work Inside Sales desk as needed and directed by Manager.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University.
• Able to multi task in a fast passed environment.
• Proficient level of computer skills in typing, number key, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Problem solving and creative thinking.
• Basic knowledge of metallurgy and mill capabilities.
• Ability to travel within and beyond assigned territory (Overnight travel up to 50%)
