About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.
What you will be doing:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment.
• Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.
• Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
• Manages global incidents to protect production systems critical to business success.
• Works across a wide array of solutions and engages various levels of management on a day-to-day basis.
What you will need:
• Prior finance related experiences a plus; Cleared Derivatives experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
• The ability to work independently
• You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver

• Documents client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
• Knowledge of FIS products and services
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
• Organizational and time management skills required
• Considerable knowledge of incident and problem management principles, procedures and techniques
• Considerable knowledge of standards and best practices relevant to the information technology industry, e.g., ITIL)
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization
• SQL knowledge
• Occasional weekend support
• Schedule would be from 10:00am-8:00pm EST
