PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
Provide support for Supply Operations including employee payroll, PI’s, data input and retrieval to various mainframe and PC applications including Asset Suite. Preparation of correspondence and filing and additional office duties as require
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Providing clerical support for Supply operations.
2. Payroll record keeping
3. Data input and retrieval to various mainframe and PC applications
4. Scheduling meetings, maintaining schedules and PI’s
5. Preparation of correspondence and filing
6. Maintenance of vendor data base
7. Operating general office equipment.
8. Accountable for knowledge PC and Main Frame Applications examples include accounting systems, payroll systems, Concur, Asset suite, Microsoft Office including Excel and Access, e people .
9. Support of the emergency response organization in the event of storms or other emergencies will be required.
JOB SCOPE
Includes, but not limited to, day to day clerical record keeping for Supply Operations Team, weekly time entry and verification, record retention oversite, and scheduling responsibilities.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated typing ability
3. Experience with PC and Main Frame Applications examples includes Concur , Asset Suite, and Microsoft Office including Excel and Access, and e people.
4. Ability to set up and maintain computerized and non-computerized tracking and filing systems.
5. Demonstrated organizational skills including the ability to perform multiple tasks and accept varied responsibilities.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This position requires a valid driver’s license.
The location of this position is subject to change.
This position requires the assignment of an Emergency Storm Role which will require extended work hours during assigned dates throughout the year.
