This is a 2-year international Assignment located in Alice Springs, Australia with additional compensation emoluments with potentially multiple subsequent tours, completion bonuses and an overseas benefits package specific to this program.
Job Summary:
Raytheon provides Operations and Maintenance (OM) support for the Intelligence Community. We are seeking a Senior SIGINT Intelligence Analysts to join our growing team based at a customer site in Alice Springs, Australia.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
• Real-time operational system monitoring and data analysis to alert operations team for system response, reconfiguration, and data reporting
• A variety of electronic equipment integrated into a single console, as part of a large operations team
• Real-time technical problem-solving skills monitoring real-time status for system availability.
• Maintaining data logs and knowledge of current events for trends relating to evolving real-world intelligence.
• Troubleshooting and document system problems
• Perform on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule; rotating between 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off – to include working subsequent days, nights, weekends, and holidays aligned with the shift team schedule.
• Overtime opportunities are generally available to assist in staffing short falls, but not mandated.
• Distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor, wearing headsets to sustain communication and awareness with team members, and to sit, maintaining focus throughout the shift.
Basic Qualifications:
• Active and transferable Top Secret/SCI CI with Poly, U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance OR an ACTIVE TS/Positive Vetting Security Clearance with Australian Citizenship.
• Eligible to successfully obtain required Export Authorizations
• Meet minimum qualifications for security investigation program access to classified information.
• Experience working in direct support of customers.
• Experience performing satellite mission support in a real-time or near-real time operations environment.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience to include related military experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience performing SIGINT operations in a real-time or near-real time operations environment.
Other position information:
• Eligible dependents must satisfy requirements for applicable International VISAs
• Eligible dependents must pass site-required basic medical and remote psychological examinations prior to being cleared for this position and granted approval for international travel.
• This position is a two-year tour commitment, with multiple subsequent two-year tours. This is based on performance as measured through individual contribution and behavior
• The internationally isolated location of this position will present a highly-competitive and retention-incentivized remote overseas benefits package specific to this operations program
Security Clearance:
Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD – 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
