Part of the Enterprise Marketing team, the web strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing programs in support of business and user needs. It’s part campaign strategist part product manager. S/he is a modern marketer, data-led and able to leverage a myriad of tech and tools to continually improve the site experience. S/he will deliver improvements to contribute to the build of a best-in-class web experience to transform this consumer property into a strategic asset for engagement with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Be the central point of contact, overseeing planning, design, and development of a variety of website campaigns and experiences
• Develop web engagement channel strategies for customers and prospects
• Conduct website audits and generate user experience, content strategy, and user interface improvements and recommendations.
• Create content outlines and communicate content strategies to assist in the content creation process.
• Work with our designers and developers to manage the implementation and/or help manage the external agencies that are responsible for implementing the strategies we have recommended
• Ensure all partners are updated on the progress and delivery and of digital campaigns
• Identifies any issues and resolves them in a timely manner
• Be the go-to SME for web for team members across departments
• Demonstrates the ability to coordinate with partners at a variety of levels and across functions to support the development and delivery of experiences that promote user education and engagement

• 3+ years of web management experience and/or related role
Preferred:
• University Degree
• 5+ years of web management experience or similar role
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and building strong relationships with stakeholders, team members and clients
• Excellent communication skills and ability to converse fluently with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience analyzing, interpreting and acting on customer data and insights
• Strong knowledge of usability and customer experience principles and techniques for mobile and web information architecture and design
• Proven ability to execute in scaled agile
• Motivated self-starter who can work independently
• Financial services industry/ asset management experience strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Base Pay Range: $65,700/yr. – $104,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
