This individual will have the opportunity to partner with our Sales teams in their commercial activities while your prowess in tools and analytics will be instrumental in helping them drive behaviors conducive to heightened lead-to-sales conversions. Exceptional communication skills to deliver messaging to diverse stakeholders will also be essential for success.Your responsibilities will encompass providing invaluable internal support and guidance to both our Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams across a broad spectrum of functions, including lead generation, deal desk support, contracting, and Salesforce dashboard management.A firm grasp of the importance of clean, high-quality data is paramount, as you will be instrumental in ensuring that key business decisions are anchored in reliable insights.Core Responsibilities:• Become a trusted partner to the Global Sales Teams and identify areas to strategically enhance the lead quality, processes, and conversion to closed won deals.• Understand the key commercial drivers of our business and support the maintenance and development of dashboards and reports that enable actionable insights within the Commercial Team.• Serve as a “power user” of Salesforce, Tableau for CRM, Excel, and other tools to provide sales metrics, forecasts, and reporting on sales activity that informs Commercial Leaders.• Support high-priority commercial initiatives by integrating insights from forecasting and data analytics.• Collaborate with internal Business Systems team to enhance data and reporting. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role.
