Regularly refine strategies based on initial successes and obstacles, make necessary adjustments as needed, and optimize for the best results.• Recommend new systems and processes to track & monitor campaign performance and influence on revenue .• Scale and maintain an optimal team structure, knowing when to bring expertise in-house vs outsourcing critical skills.Your background• 10-15+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS experience preferred) with a strong, demonstrable focus on pipeline growth and high-quality execution.• Proven success in building, developing, and leading growth and demand generation teams.• Identify and solve business problems with an inquisitive mindset, looking to question assumptions, and bringing creativity to drive business value.• Demonstrate strong influencing ability and presence with the Executive Leadership team.• Have the communication skills to convey complex ideas with clarity, confidence, and authority.• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.• Passionate about providing exceptional prospect and customer experiences.CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate’s skills, expertise, or experience.In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
