Overview
As a member of our Associate Experience team the Senior Manager, People Strategy & Innovation will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve the experience of Lennar Associates (our people!) by deploying new programs, processes, technologies and incentives across our business.
This role combines elements of strategy, project management, technology and all elements of People functions to make a real impact in people’s lives and drive real change across a Fortune 120 business!
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, and solutions-focused with the ability to unravel complexity, navigate the organization, and come to a quick understanding of the business. The position will require excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to drive close collaboration with all areas of the business.
Responsibilities
Identify and support the implementation of strategic initiatives that both enhance and provide solutions to Lennar Associates
• Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses
• Manage specific projects through to completion, while analyzing business implications, organizational changes, and other implications of varying strategies that may run parallel
• Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with senior leadership while challenging the status quo
• Build “Executive ready” project deliverables
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from data to drive understanding and decision-making
• Lead teams through complex, high-impact projects at a national scale
Qualifications
• Experience leading multidisciplinary initiatives in corporate environments, setting vision and strategy, building project plans, while identifying and overcoming roadblocks
• Data-driven decision making through executive communications (written, verbal, presentations)
• Sound and structured thinking, with an ability to analyze, problem solve, and turn ambiguous pain points into structured problem statements with hypotheses for solutions and next steps
• Empathetic to the needs and contexts of different teams, while understanding what is needed to drive results
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Economics or related fields. MBA preferred.
• 4-7 years of corporate leadership experience including 2-3 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience

Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity and the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time are necessary in this role.
